Hard Fit Out Main Contractor , EQC L11 Majestic Centre, Wellington

The project consists of fit-out alteration works to Level 11 at Majestic Centre, Wellington in the period March to April 2015. Registrations of Interest from suitability qualified and experienced main contractors are sought.

Contractor registering interest will be assessed against following criteria:
1. Relevant experience for this type of project
2. Capability to undertake project of this scale and quality
3. Quality of workmanship on similar projects
4. History of successful contract management
5. Labour rates, margin and overhead costs
6. Geographical location

Please provide:
1. Capacity/ current work load and availability to undertake the project in this timeframe
2. Evidence of your ability to meet project milestones
3. Company information regarding – annual turnover, resourcing levels of suitably qualified personnel, company structure, insurance provisions, quality control systems and Health and Safety Systems
4. List of similar type projects - maximum 5
5. Referees and contact details for those projects
6. Labour rates, profit margin (%) and P&G (%). For purpose of evaluation assume contract value in order of $250,000+GST.
7. Evidence of local area resources
