The Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake (NHC) undertook a competitive procurement process to select a preferred supplier for the provision of docking stations to support our end-user device fleet. This procurement was initiated in alignment with the All-of-Government (AoG) IT Hardware contract and in response to an operational need to replace and standardise legacy docking infrastructure across our Christchurch and Wellington offices.
We thank all respondents for the time and effort invested in responding to our Request for Quote (RFQ). The successful respondent offered compatible docking stations backed by competitive pricing and reliable delivery timeframes.
This award reflects a commitment to ensuring best public value, consistency, and efficiency in our IT asset procurement, while supporting the continued productivity of our people.
