The Earthquake Commission (EQC) will be in the market to find and contract with a supplier to provide the following services relating to a Rapid Application Development Platform (RADP):
a software solution that will initially enable the System of Engagement and is also able to be (efficiently) utilised for a wide range of future development activities in support of EQC’s strategic intentions;
implementation services for the solution; ongoing support of the solution; and development services for the solution, if required by EQC from time to time.
