EQC is experiencing significant organisational changes as our work in Canterbury progresses towards closure. EQC wish to investigate options for providing staff with relevant tools to support future career direction and engagement at work. To date, staff have been able to access practical tools for career development, specifically the provision of CV & Interview Skills workshops for staff leaving the organisation.
There is also an increasing demand for tools which enable staff to explore, on a more conceptual level, “Where to next for my career?” Staff are looking to managers and centralised functions such as Learning & Development for this guidance. We wish to identify what offerings are in the market which will assist employees with career development and can be offered in 2016. EQC is primarily interested in an on-line tool however this may lead to one-on-one career coaching and/or workshops.
