Opportunity title: Payroll Upgrade Project – Business Analysis Services
Notice summary: Education Payroll Limited is seeking proposals for managed testing services from suitably qualified suppliers as a part of the Payroll Upgrade Project. Requirements cover functional, non-functional, parallel run, and customisation equivalence testing, with progressive knowledge transfer to Education Payroll's business as usual test team.
What we need: Education Payroll needs a supplier that can plan, govern, execute, report and continuously improve testing across the upgrade lifecycle, aligned to the Payroll Upgrade Test Strategy.
Indicative Timing: The RFP is expected to be released on GETS in or around October 2026. The indicative response period, briefing arrangements, and closing date will be confirmed in the RFP documentation once released.
