The Education Payroll Limited (EPL) operates a portfolio of systems that collectively make up the Education Pay System.
In recent years, EPL has made significant changes to the way the pay system is delivered. This includes changes to internal governance, operating models and technology delivery platforms and toolsets. Technology and operational policy and procedure documents exist however, these have not been developed using a specific framework nor have they been consistently updated. As EPL continues to transform and adopt new technologies and work practices the existing policy and standards are not easy to maintain nor update.
EPL needs a provider with expertise in technology and operational policy development and management, with experience and collateral implementing the COBIT5 framework.
It is also important to us that the provider understands the limitations of the COBIT framework and can demonstrate how and where it can be enhanced with other best practices.
