Overview

The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) needs a case management system (CMS) solution that supports effective, efficient ways of working for the compliance, monitoring and enforcement (CME) group.

We are seeking an implementation partner to help us implement a new technology system to support CME processes. This will include training and support arrangements for three years post implementation.

We need a CMS solution:
• to manage the flow of work across different business processes (e.g. compliance monitoring, requests for information/enquiries, non-compliance investigation).
• that helps CME staff do their work more quickly and effectively and provides comprehensive reporting metrics and insights into the regulatory domain.
• that interoperates with other EPA platforms (e.g. SharePoint online).
• is software as a service (SaaS) that can be configured to meet EPAs needs.
