Enable New Zealand (ENZ) are transforming how the disability community can access equipment and services to make their lives better. To help us make that happen Enable need a flexible and robust platform for managing crown funds and the vast and diverse range of assistive equipment and support services we provide in the community.

This RFP is about us choosing an implementation partner who can design and deliver an integrated, or connected, Financial Management Information System (FMIS), Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Information Management (PIM) capability, collectively referred to as the ENZ Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) Project.

We have a two-stage release of information where more detailed information, not included in this GETS notice, will be released once we have a signed confidentiality agreement in place.
For prospective tenderers we recommend that you take careful note of the dates indicated in the RFP, including the cut-off-date date for requesting one-on-one supplier briefings.

On receipt of the signed confidentiality agreement, we will send you an information pack that includes:
