This ROI – Stage 2 has been issued to all respondents to the Registration of Interest (ROI) Reference: CRE Panel February 2016.

The original ROI (Stage 1) described Enable New Zealand’s contracting approach and stated that copies of sample Agreements would be issued to each supplier who made a submission.
One of the evaluation criteria in the ROI (Stage 1) is to confirm acceptance or otherwise of the form and content of these sample Agreements.
The purpose of this ROI – Stage 2 is to seek this acceptance or otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise here, the terms of the original ROI also apply to this ROI – Stage 2.
