Guardians Ahi Auaha Limited is the principal specialist subcontractor involved in the development of the Global Brand Platform and has direct knowledge of the platform architecture, strategic intent, implementation approach and associated intellectual property developed through the project. Engaging an alternative supplier at this stage would require significant knowledge transfer, duplicate costs and effort already incurred and introduce avoidable implementation and delivery risks. Direct engagement was approved to maintain continuity of knowledge, protect the investment already made, support efficient project delivery and maximise whole-of-life value.
