Education New Zealand | Manapou ki te Ao (ENZ) is the New Zealand Government's international education business development agency, with approximately 100 employees in 18 locations across 13 countries. ENZ has a unique and significant role to play in helping Aotearoa New Zealand realise the social, cultural, and economic benefits of international education. We promote New Zealand as a study destination and support the delivery of education services offshore.
ENZ requires a new central repository for client contact information, interactions, account performance, plans, pipelines, and contract information. The ambition is for this to be the master source for contact/contract information, remove duplication and related inaccuracy, allow for role appropriate access across the business, and enable future client self-service opportunities. This will also be the repository for wider industry contacts and key interactions, along with any commercial information if applicable.
While likely based on a CRM, this solution will also have the capability to deliver or enable other business functions such as Marketing and Events Management. The data recorded in this solution will provide one of the core data feeds for reporting and data analytic solutions.
