The Energy Efficiency Conservation Authority (“EECA”) is seeking proposals under a closed RFP basis from service providers wishing to deliver home insulation retrofits for homes that meet the Warm Up New Zealand: Healthy Homes programme eligibility criteria in the Auckland area.
The term of the contracts will be up to 7 months commencing as soon as practicable and concluding 30 June 2016.
Proposals for the Auckland Special Project may only be made by those service providers who were selected under the 2014/16 WUNZ: HH RFP.
Proposals will be made via the EECA GEM database.
EECA will select the preferred service provider(s) based on its evaluation of the proposals received against the evaluation criteria specified in the Auckland Special Project RFP document.
