The Electricity Authority (Authority) is looking for an ICT supplier to provide end to end ICT managed services. The Authority is seeking to appoint a lead supplier will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and delivery of ICT services, leveraging the applicable All-of-Government (AOG) agreements.
This is a unique opportunity to assist a Government Agency to redesign their ICT infrastructure and services. The Authority is looking for credible suppliers who have the capability, experience, and infrastructure to deliver these services. The supplier will need to have a good track record in the management and implementation of ICT managed services, procurement, and infrastructure with a focus on end user satisfaction. The Authority requires the transition of services to a new supplier to be completed by December 2021.
