The Electricity Authority gives advance notice to potential respondents that it proposes to issue an RFP for the Registry Manager Market Operations Service Provider role.
The Authority also gives notice that it will be facilitating an RFP by Gas Industry Co for its Gas Registry Operator role. Gas Industry Co will be collaborating with, and tendering at the same time as, the Electricity Authority, in order to leverage the potential benefit of a single provider performing both roles.

The documents for the RFPs are expected to be published on GETS around January 2016. To avoid any doubt, in issuing this advance notice, neither the Electricity Authority nor the Gas Industry Co is undertaking any procurement of goods or services at this stage, nor are they requiring any response to this advance notice.
