The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) intends to purchase ongoing plumbing and mechanical services at Government House Auckland and Government House Wellington.
DPMC will be seeking a provider to undertake services including, but not limited to, plumbing maintenance and construction services, mechanical plant maintenance and construction services, and HVAC maintenance and construction services on an on-going basis. Government House Wellington is a Heritage listed site (Category 1).
