DPMC has an obligation to ensure that each of the residences of the Governor General, in Wellington and Auckland provide secure environments, are accessible and safe for their Excellences, their family, friends, visiting dignitaries, other visitors and staff.

At our Wellington site a subfloor basement area requires asbestos remediation work to be completed to ensure the continued use of the building for ceremonial and official business. If you have received these Request for Proposals documents, we are seeking a proposal from you on how you would undertake the proposed remediation plan.
