Overview

We are seeking information on implementation and running cloud-based enterprise architecture modelling software and cloud-based content management software. This enterprise architecture modelling software will be used to maintain the All of Government Common Process Model which agencies will access to support their back office business architecture work.

This RFI will support and inform the role of the Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO) in its broader context of driving a more unified digital public service, framed in the Strategy for a Digital Public Service. The All-of-Government Services Delivery Group brings together the functions that deliver services to or for the public sector, enabling service delivery synergies to be optimised. The Group is responsible for standardising and consolidating agency ICT infrastructure and services and working with the vendor market to deliver modern digital procurement models for digital and ICT.
The CPM Unit is a small team currently based in the DIA Digital Public Service Branch, AoG Services Delivery group. https://www.digital.govt.nz/products-and-services/products-and-services-a-z/common-process-model provides more information about the work we do as stewards of the NZ AOG Common Process Model. We support government agencies with their back-office transformation aligned with the Strategy for a Digital Public Service.
