This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Quote for the delivery of a valuation of the Heritage Collections held by Archives New Zealand, National Library of New Zealand and the antiques and artworks held by the Department of Internal Affairs.

This RFQ is a single-step procurement process.

The intention of the Department is to establish a long-term working relationship with the successful vendor and the proposed term is a 15-year (6+3+3+3) contract period.
