The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to establish a short list of interested suppliers (Respondents) to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the supply and support of travel documents and personalisation solutions for DIA.
The ultimate outcome will be to procure a well-established, experienced supplier of travel documents and personalisation technology for the duration of the contract. This scope of the proposed RFP will include:
* Supply of the various types of travel documents to required security and quality standards that are designed to mitigate the current and future risk of fraud and as a minimum to comply with ICAO Doc 9303
* Secure delivery of travel documents to DIA
* Personalisation solution operates in five locations (Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney and London) so that travel documents can be personalised in these locations to the same quality and specification
* Provide personalisation suite equipment
* Integration of the personalisation solution with existing DIA systems, processes and infrastructure, including PKI
* Staged transition to the personalisation solution and travel documents
* Maintenance and support of personalisation solution
* Future re-design of the travel documents and all the elements (including but not limited to the bio-data page design and the artwork design) during the life of the contract.
