The Department of Internal Affairs will shortly be inviting suitable and capable parties to submit proposals to undertake building condition assessment reports. The Department intends to advertise this opportunity on GETS on 15 December 2017.

A total of seven properties, located in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland are intended to be assessed, with work to commence on 31 January 2018 (or soon thereafter) and assessment reports to be completed by 31 May 2018. The Department will be looking to select a supplier who has ample experience in undertaking work of this nature, who have the capacity and capability and who have the geographical presence to meet the Department’s timeframes.
