Overview
This procurement relates specifically to the purchase and implementation of a fully functional Electronic Document Management System SaaS solution for CRLL.
Currently documents are managed in a SharePoint based application and CRLL would like a more enhanced solution to support ongoing design collaboration, construction, test and commissioning.
CRLL is seeking an off-the-shelf integrated Electronic Document Management System that requires minimal customisation and no unique implementation services. CRLL’s strategy is to have an “as a Service” model for all software, including this EDMS solution.
The solution must allow for both internal CRLL users and external Contractors to have access to a collaborative environment.
