Overview

This RFP relates to the power supply infrastructure for Stage 1 of the Bannockburn Industrial Subdivision at 79 Barry Avenue, Cromwell (Lot 1 DP 526140). Stage 1 comprises approximately 9.82 hectares of the wider 52.22-hectare development. Subdivision consent has been applied for but has not yet been granted, with engineering approvals to follow.

The successful respondent will be responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of the Stage 1 power supply network, including identification of the point of connection, network operator requirements, ducting and chambers, lot connection arrangements, approvals, procurement, installation responsibilities, testing, commissioning, as-built documentation and handover. Respondents must identify any third-party interfaces and confirm their relationship with the relevant network operator.

The objective is to deliver a compliant, coordinated, maintainable and fully documented power supply solution that meets project programme, budget and quality requirements. Respondents must demonstrate relevant capability and experience and maximise the use of local suppliers and resources while supporting Central Otago's regional identity initiatives.
