The Bannockburn Industrial Subdivision Stage 1 comprises approximately 9.82 hectares of a wider 52.22-hectare industrial development site at 79 Barry Avenue, Cromwell (Lot 1 DP 526140), with access and frontage to Barry Avenue, Bannockburn Road, Cemetery Road, Conelly Way and Venning Crescent.
The successful respondent will be responsible for the design and coordination of the fibre telecommunications network, including identification of the proposed network and point of connection, network operator requirements, ducting and chamber infrastructure, lot connection arrangements, approvals, procurement, installation responsibilities, testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and handover requirements. Respondents must clearly identify any third-party interfaces, outsourced activities, assumptions, and exclusions, and confirm whether they are an approved network operator or will work under an approved network operator.
The objective of this procurement is to deliver a compliant, coordinated, maintainable, and appropriately documented fibre telecommunications solution that meets the required programme, budget, and quality outcomes for Stage 1. Respondents will need to demonstrate the capability, capacity, and relevant experience to successfully deliver the required services and coordinate with all necessary stakeholders.
Contract award is anticipated in December 2026, with works expected to commence in January 2027.
