In February 2025, the Roxburgh Entertainment Centre was destroyed by fire. The loss of this facility has resulted in a significant reduction in community service provision. The building was insured for full replacement value, creating an opportunity to rebuild a fit for purpose, future focused facility that meets contemporary needs while remaining within defined budget constraints.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement of professional design services for the Design Investigation and Concept Design of a new Roxburgh Entertainment Centre.
