Seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably experienced construction main contractors to undertake minor building work at Papakura. As the work is being undertaken in a fully operational clinical environment (involving mental health) it is mandatory contractors will need to demonstrate their successful experience in working in such an environment.

The works may be extended to include similar type work for Community Mental Health to be undertaken over a two year period.
