Registrations of Interest are called from suitably experienced construction main contractors for the relocation and upgrade of the existing Histopathology Laboratory to the Ground Floor of the Galbraith Building at Middlemore Hospital. The work includes demolition, construction works including new services and the reconfiguration of existing services, and the commissioning the new laboratory. The works are valued at around $700K with the contractor appointed in December 2018 commencing onsite mid January 2019.
