CM Health is seeking to develop a long term relationship with a proven meter service company. The intention is to utilise "turn-key" solutions that will enable expansion of the metering points throughout the existing buildings. This RFP covers both the initial installation and commissioning of utility sub meters, and the on-going provision of services associated with data collection, analysis and reporting.
