RoI for cost consultant services for a proposed $140m hospital development on the Manukau site. The Living Well Centre is a rehabilitation facilty for spinal, stroke, amputee and other patients. It also supports community well being for the wider Manukau Locality. This exciting complex, the first of its type in New Zealand, will be a significant project in line with a long held desire for a Health Park at the Manukau site. Cost Consultants will need to demonstrate extensive cost control capability and knowledge of health developments within New Zealand.The cost consultants role is a pivotal appointment to the Project. The Project is at Indicative Business Case stage and consultant commissions will be subject to progressive Business Case approvals
