RoI for project management services for a proposed $140m hospital development on the Manukau site. The Living Well Centre is a rehabilitation facilty for spinal, stroke, amputee and other patients. It also supports community well being for the wider Manukau Locality. This exciting complex will be a significant project in line with a long held desire for a Health Park at the Manukau site. Project Managers will need to demonstrate extensive design management capability for innovative design, the facility being the first of its type in New Zealand. The project management role is a pivotal appointment to the Project. The Project is at Indicative Business Case stage and consultant commissions will be subject to progressive Business Case approvals.
