We are looking for credible suppliers who have the capability, experience, infrastructure and relationships to help us deliver Community Central. Community Central will act as a central coordination service for all requests received from general practice, hospital services and patients/families for provision of community health services. This will include request prioritisation, identification of the best service to meet requirements, logistics management including real-time booking and scheduling of resources, management information systems and provision of mobile technology solutions to support point-of-care delivery. We are looking for a service and/or technology partner to help us deliver a responsive, high quality, 24-7 service which integrates seamlessly with other health services (and, over time, social services).
