The Climate Change Commission’s website (www.climatecommission.govt.nz) is a business-critical channel that enables us to fulfil our statutory web publishing obligations. Our website must enable us to fulfil our mandate and incorporate digital solutions that will allow us to adapt to changing needs now and in the future.

We are seeking a strategic partner who will:

- Work collaboratively with us to design and deliver a cost-effective, useful website that meets the needs of, and can be relied on by, our diverse audiences and our internal teams.

- Redesign and rebuild our website so it is technically sound and provides a solid user experience.

- Help us optimise our web presence through continuous improvement and future enhancement within our constraints.

- Establish a long-term, value-aligned partnership built on trust, transparency, and shared ownership.

We are looking for a strategic partner for our web presence. We do not want proposals from providers who cannot provide ongoing support and hosting. We are seeking a partner who is both technically capable and committed to a long-term, collaborative relationship that supports innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-centric digital solution. This is a partnership opportunity for a provider with proven expertise in web platform design, development, and lifecycle management.
