Callaghan Innovation is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited construction company, with the ability to complete the required construction works, demolition and asbestos removal for the demolition of the A Block building, including contaminated soil removal and remediation. The building is located at our Gracefield Innovation Quarter (GIQ) at 69 Gracefield Rd, Lower Hutt, Wellington. Due to the connections with adjoining buildings, it is expected that deconstruction of structural elements will be required before hard demolition can be undertaken.
