Overview

Work is underway within Callaghan Innovation’s Tātai Whetū Programme to develop a new operating model to help realise our ambitious strategic objectives. Phase 1 of our project delivered a high-level operating model blueprint. Phase 2 of the project involves undertaking a detailed design of the blueprint elements and is due for completion by the end of April 2021. Phase 3 (the subject of this listing) will implement the future operating model alongside new ways of working.

Based on the unique capability we require, we're conducting an open and competitive tender process. We aim to identify a highly specialised provider to develop and implement new ways of working that support our new operating model and bring it to life.

The key objectives of this procurement will be to enter into an arrangement with a provider:
 … that has unique expertise to design and implement new ways of working, and;
… who can work closely alongside us to practically embed agile practices into our organisation.

Through this ROI, we intend to identify a shortlist of one to three Respondents to participate in a closed RFP process. Based on the brevity of the information requested in our response form, we are providing everyone 2 weeks to submit responses.
