Callaghan Innovation is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the
purposes of forming a Hard Fitout Panel for Callaghan Innovation projects through this Request for
Proposal (RFP).
The Services to be provided will include, but will not be limited to, building, engineering and construction
services (including labour), provision of materials, fit-out, etc., through to Practical Completion, Defects
Liability Period through to Final Completion. These stages will be signed off by the Engineer to Contract
(ETC) and Callaghan Innovation through the relevant certificates.
Through this RFP, we intend to shortlist up to a maximum of six suppliers to participate in any future
secondary procurement process for fitout services.
As part of this process we are seeking to select a supplier for the first piece of work under the Fitout Panel
the Controlled Measuring Machine (CMM) room. The requirements for this specific work is outlined in the
requirements section.
