This is the second advanced notice for Lean 2.0 Pilot Programme. The intention is to publish this RFP on GETS within the next two weeks. Details of this pilot programme can be downloaded for the attachments.
What we need:
Lean 2.0 combines lean with industry 4.0 digital technologies to drive efficiency gains for businesses. This frees up resource to direct towards R&D and innovation in the long term. Research indicates that combining lean methodologies with digital technologies enables businesses to increase their productivity and become more competitive. There is an opportunity to combat New Zealand's low rate of labour productivity compared with other OECD nations.
We need solutions from experienced suppliers to work one to one with businesses to help them implement Industry 4.0 to drive efficiency gains.
We are encouraging lean consultants and technology providers to collaborate in order to meet our requirements and serve customers in this space.
