The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced senior lenders (Senior Debt Panel) to provide senior debt financing for future infrastructure projects (Projects) undertaken by Crown Infrastructure Partners Limited (CIP).
The Projects will predominantly involve financing roading, storm water, water supply and wastewater infrastructure (collectively the Bulk Infrastructure) which support housing developments around New Zealand.
The ideal candidates will have the capability and financial capacity to deliver the expected financing requirements for large scale Bulk Infrastructure project financings; have knowledge and expertise in financing infrastructure projects; and have experience of working with public sector organisations/Crown entities/Schedule 4A Public Finance Act companies/entities undertaking projects for the Crown.
