Sale of 36 – 44 Oxford Terrace (Oxford Clinic)
CERA is desirous of selling 36 – 44 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch known as the Oxford Clinic site for a development that will realise the potential of this prestigious, highly-visible site and interact with, and contribute positively to, the public realm environment and surrounding Te Papa Hauora / Health Precinct.
Due to the limited availability of land for development alongside Christchurch Hospital (one of the busiest teaching hospitals in the Southern Hemisphere), investors can have confidence that this site will continue to attract premium tenants.
