The Chief Executive of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) is seeking proposal for the provision of advisory services to assist with the acquisition of properties in Christhcurch.

CERA is seeking to acquire land for the implementation of the Anchor Projects. There are a total of 10 Anchor Projects that have negotiations with landowners currently underway. Advice is required in respect of claims received by the Crown for property interests in land being acquired.
