Further Award Information:
For technical reasons, the replacement endoscopic ultrasound system (EBUS) must be purchased from Olympus as they are the Microscope Components for Integration (OEM) for existing equipment which will be used with the Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS). The light source, processors and scopes currently in use were provided by Olympus and have proprietary connections and no adaptors are available.
