Overview

What we need
As part of its work to align the South Islands telehealth and video conferencing offering, SIAPO is engaging early with the market to gain a better understanding of what capacity and arrangements exist for telehealth technology.
We need companies that have experience in providing the services and environments where telehealth consultations can be undertaken via MS Teams or Zoom, our primary platforms. In order to deliver video conferencing and telehealth services across the South Islands health system, incorporating the five DHBs, we are seeking to partner with a provider who will be able to deliver a high-tech technology solution, complete with the latest equipment, systems support and installation.
We are looking for a provider with proven experience in delivering high tech video conferencing and media solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry. They need to display the capacity and capability to deliver both the initial project as well as ongoing support throughout the South Island. The solution must meet the complex needs of the clinicians who will use this in their practice.
We are looking for vendors who are future-proofing telehealth and video conferencing functionality for the next 5-10 years.

What we don’t want
We don’t want responses from companies that have not provided or supported telehealth or video conferencing previously.
We don’t want responses from companies that have only undertaken these rollouts on small projects.
