If an exemption from open advertising was claimed, the circumstances that justify the exemption:
For technical reasons, we need to ensure that the fleet of tissue processors in use in Anatomical Pathology are consistent. We currently operate 3 tissue processors, but there is now a need to replace one of these due to the age of the equipment and to avoid stoppages due to equipment down-time. To ensure that results are consistent, it is vital that the new tissue processor is of the same type as the rest of the fleet (i.e. Leica Peloris).
