The Canterbury District Health Board seek proposals from suitably experienced Civil Contractors for the construction of a new carpark and stormwater swale on the Hillmorton Hospital Campus in Christchurch.

The works include the demolition of existing kerbs, removal of vegetation and excavation of soil and contaminated land. The construction of a new carpark to the northern boundary, and associated surface water drainage and retention basin (total area circa:3,750 m2), landscaping, footpaths, road marking and lighting & security services.

This RFP is a single step procurement process.
