The New Zealand Mental Health and Addictions KPI Programme (the KPI programme) is a provider-led initiative designed to bring about quality and performance improvement across the mental health sector. The work is driven by a vision in which the mental health sector brings demonstrable improvement to service user outcomes through ready access to and use of comparative service performance information. This promotes the sharing of information, ideas and learning to drive service improvement and is supported by provider governance, national coordination and the formation of peer groupings based on issues of mutual interest and benefit. We are looking for a qualified provider who can provide the total programme requirements and be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the KPI Programme and its delivery. The KPI Programme is governed by the Mental Health and Addictions KPI Programme Sponsor group (the Sponsors). The contracting party entering into the Proposed Contract with the Successful Respondent will be the Ministry of Health.
