PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ADVANCE NOTICE TO ALLOW FOR SUPPLIER PLANNING.
Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) intends to replace the existing Hobart Flight Dishwasher (Model FTN 2SB-DS7-C41) in the Kitchen located in the Food Services Building at the Christchurch Hospital Site. It is intended that we will purchase a new dishwasher via an open RFP process and the winning supplier shall be responsible for the manufacture, factory testing, and delivery at site, assembly, installation and testing of the Dishwasher. This supplier will also be responsible for the break down, removal and disposal of the existing dishwasher.
We currently anticipate being in a position to publish the RFP documents on or around the 1st April 2019, pending internal sign-off. We will be scheduling a chance for all prospective suppliers to visit the site where the current dishwasher is situated so that they will be able to understand any location specific limitations. It is anticipated that this will take place on or around 10th April or 7 days after the RFP has been published. If any suppliers are interested in attending this event, then they may contact the person detailed below to register a place in advance of the RFP being published. Please note that no discussions linked to the specific requirement will be undertaken prior to the publication of the RFP.
