Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB or Canterbury DHB) are looking for one suitable supplier that can provide us with radiation personal protective apparel for use in radiology and theatre applications.
Respondents are invited to submit a proposal for up to two lines of personal protective apparel:


Please note that samples are required as part of this RPP:
- As part of your RFP response: You must submit swatch-samples of each material used in the item of apparel you propose, to the address given in the Response Form.
- Shortlisted suppliers: Once we have evaluated and shortlist suppliers, we will require a sample of each item (e.g. each set of each apparel line) included in the proposal.
