This procurement relates to the design build and project management of offices for 130 West Coast DHB Administration Staff as part of the West Coast campus realignment. We wish to have effective and comfortable work environment for our Staff allowing for future cooperation and synergies of work.

We are looking for a Respondent that will design and build two administration structures with the appropriate amenities allowing for but not limited to:
a. Architectural Design in close liaison the WCDHB
b. Engineering Design in close liaison the WCDHB
c. Specification and Drawings required for Consent
d. Lodging of the Building Consent
e. Contractor setup and P&G’s
f. Health and Safety requirements
g. Construction of structure on Site One
h. Construction of structure on site Two
i. Cleaning and site handover to Principal
