Overview

We are seeking to purchase a software based Infant Nutrition Tracking and Reporting Management System. The key outcomes we want to achieve are smooth workflow, easy access to data and reports, and a smart, functional and intuitive user interface.

The system needs to be one that incorporates all aspects of the process from the donor to the recipient with multiple input users at each stage
i. Human Donor Milk collection recruitment process
ii. Human Donor Milk collection, transportation and receiving process for registered donors
iii. Processing Human Donor Milk
iv. Pasteurised Donor Milk bank stock rotation and discards
v. Human Donor Milk Prescribing/ Dispensing Process
vi. Expressed Milk/ Formula Management Process including stock rotation and discards

RFx Outcome

No Winner Due to budgetary constraints Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) has made a decision not to proceed with the above Request for Proposal. This Notice to Tenderers is to inform you that a status of “no award” will be made to all Respondents who submitted under reference 16PROCEE004.
