CDHB are seeking Environmental Consultant services for the removal of asbestos to be undertaken at 33 St Asaph Street. Including reviewing of task analysis for removal of asbestos, air monitoring during the works, visual, swab tests and air monitoring of areas the contractor deems to be cleared. Testing further materials the contractor presumes as containing asbestos. Final sign off that the building is clear and ready for demolition. The consultant must have or be able to get $10,000,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance for this type of advice.
