Overview
Clutha District Council (CDC) is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the Toshvale Community Housing units located at 94 to 98 Charlotte Street, Balclutha. The focus of this project is the replacement of the roof cladding on the units, although there are some minor works around compliance.
