Overview

Te Kāhui is seeking to procure a case management system for its review of potential miscarriages of justice. This RFP opportunity is open to all Suppliers of quality, fit-for-purpose case management systems. We seek a case management system that will allow us to gain efficiencies from technology and workflow management, shifting manual processes to automated ways of working.

We want Te Kāhui kaimahi to spend more time focused on case work, and less time managing and maintaining information about their activities. We want to manage our information in a consistent, efficient fashion enabling us to address our higher-than-expected active cases. A quality Case Management System is therefore an essential tool in addressing our often complex and difficult case load. It is expected to work in conjunction with other Te Kāhui platforms (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint).

Full details are outlined in the RFP documentation attached to this RFP notice.
